				The Upper Barker Mill Project is one of a portfolio of 15 hydro-electric plants acquired jointly by Trust IV and Trust V. The plants are located in Maine. In this picture, Ridgewood Engineers are standing on top of the power house, with the dam and spillway seen to the right. When the power contract at the Project expires the output will be sold to New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) participants.
